The Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) is the cartographic instrument of urban planning of the municipality that directs the development of the territory of Avinyonet del Penedès. The geographical information set of the POUM of Avinyonet de Penedès is made up of eight mapping files of different scales in PDF format: L'Arboçar, Can Mitjans, Cantallops, Avinyó Nou 1, Avinyó Nou 2, Les Gunyoles, Petits nuclis and Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs. The Country house catalog of Avinyonet del Penedès is the cartographic instrument that identifies the farmhouses and rural houses of the municipal territory in Non-urbanizable land (SNU). This dataset includes, in PDF format, the map showing the location of all the homes included in the catalog. The map includes the representation of the Plan of Areas of Natural Interest (PEIN), of the Xarxa Natura 2000, as well as of the areas of geological interest and the wetlands.
